BeOne is living software, constantly evolving to help companies stay always one step ahead and face the new market needs. The updates are made available every two months with a precise frequency thanks to the work of the Research & Development Department. On the date of the release of a new version of BeOne, a document (in English, Italian, Spanish and French), is published in the Customer Reserved Area of Sinova (a management platform dedicated to the dialogue with the companies) in which all the news, functionalities and eventual bug adjustments are publicized.

THE PRESENTATION OF THE LATEST CHANGES

Nova Systems regularly organizes web conferences during which all the main changes are presented in reference to the software update within the TMS modules, CRM, Customs, Accounting, WMS and FTL. The clients are notified of the meeting through a newsletter that anticipates the main changes that will be showcased. Based on the importance of the feature, Nova Systems organizes specific webinars. Our company makes readily available a test environment where the implemented changes can be tested, in order to consider proceeding with the installation in their own production environment. All of this is made possible through the continuous dialogue that is established between Nova Systems and its clients. Nova Systems organizes online events to present the latest innovations of the new software versions to all its customers, which are also described in a detailed document published within the Customer Reserved Area "SiNova" (a management platform dedicated to the dialogue with companies). Furthermore, if you are a Nova Systems customer, you will receive an e-mail notifying the new BeOne version’s release, with useful information to follow the video presentation of the software updates. We will be pleased to showcase the main changes of the latest released version. Registration is required to participate in the videoconference. You can sign in by simply filling out the form included in the e-mail, a confirmation message will be sent within a few days to the e-mail address inserted. A few days before the meeting, the connection link will be provided to facilitate your access to the presentation.
