The “Air Operative” and “Air Groupage” functions enable the precise and timely management of all the phases required for the completion of the shipments (printouts of the various operational documents, sending data through the EDI, case evaluation, billing and verification of the estimated costs).

Direct shipments:

If your client intends to ship the goods with a dedicated air waybill, it is possible to do this, simply and intuitively, through the "Air Operative" function.
Enter the AWB stock of the airlines, associate the AWB shipment and price the air waybill referencing the cost rates. All without any mistakes or time-wasting.

Consolidated shipments:

Does your client require the speed of air transport but needs to keep the shipment costs down?
No problem: thanks to the “Air Groupage” function, you will be able to offer the client a consolidated shipment, transported along with the goods of your other clients.
The BeOne module allows you to see and manage all the shipments per the individual destination airport, thereby optimising the loads.

Through BeOne, the records of the airlines are managed using their international codes and international airport codes. With BeOne, it is also possible to manage shipments that need to be delivered to the airport through the “Airport Lists” function. In the case of HAWBs, the pick-ups can also be managed at the forwarding agent’s terminal in order to combine the items with other merchandise before proceeding with the shipment.

From the management of the Manifests, the various manifests for the subjects concerned can be printed and sent.

AIR WAYBILLS STOCK MANAGEMENT

BeOne air freight forwarders software manages the AWB stock available (range of AWB numbers issued by the airline) to the forwarding agent.
This allows the number of remaining air waybills and those that have been used to always be displayed.
The operator books the AWB number with which the goods will leave through BeOne. At this point, he enters the case by filling in all parts and prints all the documents required, including the Collection Bill, Delivery Notice etc.
BeOne manages the AWB stock by company, while bookings of the individual AWB can be made through the "AWB Booking" function.

E-FREIGHT

BeOne is already integrated to be able to send airline policy information (e-Freight) to the airlines, via the appropriate FWB and FHL messages. E-Freight allows air cargo shipments to be digitized, eliminating the use of paper wherever possible, through an appropriate regulatory framework and the electronic messages provided. The system performs a formal correctness check of the messages sent and notifies any error reports. It also allows messages to be tracked and enables constant monitoring of their status and correct receipt.

Nova Systems will configure e-Freight transmissions for individual Airlines at the Customer's request.

There is an additional innovation in this area. Nova Systems users will be able to check, at any time, transport information, from booking to cargo release, thanks to the integration of BeOne management software with StarTracking, the first airport-to-airport tracking system based on real data developed by Cargo Start.

CASS MANAGEMENT

BeOne’s Air Freight TMS also provides CASS management (Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems).

With the “CASS Reports” function, through BeOne, monthly airline reports can be created automatically and quickly. A rapid and effective way of displaying any discrepancies compared to the estimated costs. The waybills can also be systematically cross-checked and compared with the data possessed and the costs entered at the Master level can automatically be divided among the individual Houses contained in it.

In this way, the monthly reporting of the waybills becomes simpler, faster and there is less chance of errors. All this, in turn, is connected to the “Suppliers’ Invoices Verification” which allows the outstanding supplier invoices to be recorded.

AIR SYNC

Air Sync is an add-on to BeOne's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module that enables the forwarding agent's specific airline rates to be updated and synchronised, through WebCargo.

Thanks to Air Sync it is possible to acquire the freight costs, the surcharges and the fees for each individual airline configured.

All of this process is automated, therefore avoiding difficult manual cost entries of the various airline companies. This allows the client to avoid manually seeking for rates received in paper form, as done up until today.

The result is a noticeable reduction of the time dedicated to this process and the occurrence of less mistakes.
